  • 10 miles away from junk: Yeah! It sounds weird? Yes, you have to stay away from junk as they contribute to weight gain, irritate muscles, disrupt sleep, and compromise your immunity. Better to avoid them.
  • Say no to additives: food additives like “Monosodium Glutamate” (MSG) cause trouble to pain patients. MSG is a neurotransmitter and may stimulate pain receptors. Better to say no to them.
