To prepare it, you only need 1/2 gallon of spring water, 1 cinnamon stick and 1 Apple Slice (prefer-thinly sliced apple). For stronger taste you can add more apple slices or cinnamon.

- Add Cinnamon Stick and Sliced apple in jar
- Put 1/2 gallon water
- Leave it 5-6 hours

This detox drink is one my favorites. A perfect summer drink with kiwis and strawberries. You only have to chop a couple of kiwis and strawberries in 2 liters of water and keep it in fridge for an hour. You can even add different fruits to it depending on your taste.
Kiwi is enriched with Vitamin E and A and consumed to get rid of free radicals and to flush out toxins from colon. Strawberries are known to be one of the soft fruits with anti-ageing properties (for skin) and helps fight carcinogens (known to cause cancer).
4. Strawberry Infused Vitamin Water
In case you are so much obsessed with your looks, I must say you to try this. This hydrating and antioxidant drink is full of anti-inflammatory ingredients and vitamins. Plus, it looks appetizing in the glass.
All you need is a cup of strawberries, a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary, 2 cups of cubed watermelon, filtered water and a dash of coarse salt.

This detox drink helps boost metabolism and will make you feel more energetic and healthier. Watermelon and cucumber contain citrulline, an organic compound known to help get rid of ammonia. Ammonia, which is also a by-product of proteins can damage cells.
You need a gallon of spring water, sliced grapefruits along with a few raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, lemons and limes. You can also add pears, cucumber and fresh mint. Just allow the mixture to sit down.
