I used to play basketball and my body was in shape when I started going to college. When I saw myself in mirror after one year, I was like “Who the hell is he?”

Then I started searching out for low calorie alcoholic drinks. I couldn’t give up drinking in one go just like you. I was kind of addicted to it.

Now, I have been able to lose weight by controlling my liquor intake and doing workout regularly. However, I am left with a few stretch marks around my belly. It looks bad, but it was my fault!
