Now, there are a couple of diet plans which claim that you can get healthy and it’s not that those are false but there is an easier and a cheaper way why not follow that?

The way is known as Juice cleanse or Juice Dieting. You might think that this is again one of those diets wherein you will be asked to eat all vegetarian food and also you might be asked to join a gym to get that beer belly of yours into shape.

You are wrong when you think of juice diet as an ordinary diet because it abstains you from the consumption of any kind of solid food.

Now, before you can start this diet it is suggested to follow few steps called pre-reparation. It requires you to cut down on the meat content in your diet also reduce the intake of fast food and canned or processed food. Also, you will need to cut off from the dairy products as they take some time to digest.

The above step usually lasts for a week and then you jump right into the action. This pre-preparation signals your body to get ready to survive on less solid food in coming days. Hence, the body starts using fat stored for these situations.

Once you are done with the preparation you need to formulate a plan that you are going to adhere to once you jump into the driver seat. While formulating your plan make sure you prioritize your juice intake in such a way that you have the energy when you need it i.e., during working hours.

Make sure you start your day with a juice that gives you all the energy you want until the meal. The best option considered being vegetable juice. Now at the time of dinner plan of drinking something light with some fruit content in it.

Juice diet requires commitment and some self-control. Also during juice diet, you cannot rely on fruit juices heavily because they have a large amount of sugar content and also they are high in citric acid which will lead to gaining fat and causing acidity.

  •    2-3 carrots

Now, I know that following an all liquid diet may erode your desire to drink water, but it is suggested to have as much water as you can throughout the day. This will help the body generate sweat and also help to purify the body from toxins in a quick and an efficient way.

Water takes care of all general needs of the body and keeps our body hydrated so it is advised to drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day for good health. Also, avoid practicing juice diet very frequently because it will damage the body. So, make sure there is an appropriate interval between two juice diet sessions.

During a juice diet, you should have a simple motto and that is “eat, sleep, juice, and repeat”. Play your cards right and you will end up feeling good from within and healthy. This will raise certain awareness towards our body and will make you feel reborn every day.
